As a Property Manager for the only brand-new luxury apartment community in Cincinnati, the cleanliness of our clubhouse models and buildings is something that is as important to us as the actual designs. Our goal is to keep our property as shiny and new as it was when we opened our doors in October 2011, so finding the right crew to do that for us was imperative. Having completed janitorial and turn-prep for several of our other sites, we made the decision to go with Super Shine here at Palmera. They have always maintained a very open line of communication to ensure that they are doing everything possible to meet our over-the-top expectations. Even down to scheduling, their team makes things easy.
One year into our contract together, everything is the way we envisioned it. The clubhouse is spotless and detailed to perfection by Amy, Theresa and Bill. Their enthusiasm and good nature was never part of the agreement, but it is an added bonus that all of us in the office love! Teri ensures that the crew gets out vacants in the best make-ready condition. In addition, the models show without any dust and the common hallways smell and look amazing. Even our invoices are submitted to us in a timely manner. Marsha, the owner, really brings the total package!

As of January 2009, Super Shine has provided our Janitorial Services. It has been a very rewarding experience.
Prior to January, we dealt with several franchised janitorial services. Every company would provide a breakdown of their services and promises. Unfortunately, their services never lived up to their promises.
Since contracting with Super Shine, there have been NO complaints. The company provides excellent services, and goes the extra mile to make sure we are completely satisfied with their work.
I would highly recommend Super Shine to anyone who is looking for Janitorial Services.
Super Shine has cleaned my home for over three years. With small children, I was very particular about who I was going to allow into my home. The ladies at Super Shine have always delievered wonderful service and always exceed my expectations with their cleanings. They are courteous, prompt, and efficient. I recommend them regularly to neighbors, family, and friends. I have managed this community for eight years and was a Leasing Consultant eight years prior to that. Super Shine has been our cleaning service of choice for at least thirteen of those years.
Marsha’s staff is prompt, courteous, professional, and very efficient. They never overlook the “little things”, and I’m always confident when showing one of our units after it’s been cleaned.
Marsha is always accessible, as well. Whether I give her a day, a week, or even an hour, she sees to it that my community’s needs are taken care of.
